His culinary prowess was acknowledged when he clinched the title of Best Kitchen Manager at the FHT Salon Culinaire Challenge, a testament to his innovative and skillful approach to the art of cooking. The culinary masterminds at Lotus Cafe along with Chef Wisnu have curated a bespoke menu complementing the spirit of Indonesia. Guests can choose from an array of dishes such as Lamb Martabak ( curried minced lamb & vegetables in crispy roti), Sambal Be Tongkol - (marinated grilled tuna salad with shallot and lemongrass), Gado-gado - (Steamed vegetables salad with peanut dressing and sweet soy sauces), Rendang Ayam - (Sumatran style braised chicken in coconut milk and spices), Sate Kambing Marangi - (Ginger and coriander spiced lamb skewer with vegetable  pickle and peanut sauces), Babi Panggang Sambal Matah – (Soy glazed grilled pork spareribs with shallot & lemongrass salsa).
