The highly anticipated vegan festival, Veganuary features a thoughtfully curated menu of handpicked plant-based dishes designed to elevate your palette.

The genesis of Plantaway was rooted in the visionary intent to spark a nutritional and cultural food revolution. Propelled by the mission to embrace a plant-based lifestyle synonymous with quality, taste, and health benefits, Plantaway stands as a testament to Conrad Bengaluru’s commitment towards pioneering sustainable and mindful dining experiences.

The vegan festival in association with Plantaway, is an embodiment of Conrad Bengaluru’s culinary creativity. Crafted with precision and creativity, the unique menu showcases an array of mouthwatering dishes comprising starters, main-course and desserts that redefine the perception of plant-based cuisine. Elevate your taste experience with an array of scrumptious flavours from across cuisines – Asian, Indian and Mediterranean.

With notable and absolute must- try dishes, a few dishes from MIKUSU include - Chongqing Mushroom with Cashewnut and Sichuan Oil, Udon Noodles with Fresh Asian Green and Garlic Flakes, Hokkien Char Kway Teow and Young Papaya Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Long Bean’s and Lemon Chili Garlic Dressing.

Offering the best Indian flavours, a few dishes from Indian Durbar include - Satawari Piste Ka Shorba, Makhmali Chukandar Ki Murabba, Bhindhi Do Pyaza and Khajur Badam Ka Halwa. Known for its robust Mediterranean flavours, TIAMO offers some of the best of delectable recipes - Roasted Beet Carpaccio with Pressured Watermelon, Roasted Butternut Squash, Moroccan Vegan Polpette and Healthy vegan chocolate chia mousse.

Lastly, our very own world on a plate Caraway Kitchen offers – Grilled Chilli Cheese Toasties, Spaghetti No’Lognese and Vegan Thai Kaprow Bowl to name a few.
