A massive spread of Sunday brunch with fresh farm fresh produce and live music will add to the festive fervour.

The chefs at Novotel Pune will share their tips and tricks with guests on how to balance dry fruits, liquor and other ingredients and preserve it for the perfect cake mix. This mix will be then stored a secure place in the hotel to soak in all the liquid and mature beautifully in time for December when it will be used to make delectable cakes, cookies and puddings.

The chefs at Novotel Pune will be going all out to pamper your palate with a variety of traditional dishes such as Poached pear with goat cheese, BBQ chicken olivet infused with cognac, Red wine braised lamb leg with Yorkshire pudding, Boulanger Potatoes, Apple Strudel and much more. There will also be a variety of interactive live stations and counters, sampling bites of tapas and salads. Guests can pair their food with some scintillating cocktails, fine wines and soft beverages.
