Enjoy an Indo-Portuguese and Anglo-Indian Food Pop-Up by celebrated Chef Michael Swamy at Roseate House New Delhi from May 17-21

There is some good news for the food connoisseurs of the National Capital. Celebrated Chef Michael Swamy will be in town from May 17 – 21 and he will be presenting authentic Indo-Portuguese and Anglo-Indian cuisine at a Food Pop-Up at Roseate House New Delhi’s Indian cuisine restaurant ‘Kheer’.

Chef Michael Swamy is a pioneer in the area of food media and is a chef, food stylist, food writer and travel photographer based in Mumbai. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London, he has won numerous accolades in the culinary industry. He is the Chef Patron and creator of several restaurant brands, like Nueva and Anglow in Delhi, City Pride and The Bowl House in Pune as well as Eastern Sunset in Mumbai, where he has set a benchmark for global cuisines. He has authored ‘The Diabetic Cookbooks’, ‘The East Indian Kitchen’, ‘Masala Dabba’ and ‘The Easy Guide to Pairing Indian Food with Wine’. 

At the upcoming Pop-Up at Roseate House New Delhi, Chef Michael will present some of his signature dishes. These include Cottage Cheese Mousse Salad, a choice of Vegetarian or Chicken Bhujing, Veg or Prawn Risoles, Coastal Green Masala Smoked Prawns and Bandry East Indian Lamb Chops. The Main Course would consist of Veg Lonvas, Veg or Fish Chinchoni, Chicken or Pork Vindaloo with Hot Olive Salad and Curried Lamb in a Lentil Sauce (Served with Pasta). For dessert, there will be a choice of Red Rice Creme Brulee with caramelized fruit or an English Trifle.
