Enjoy Colombo 7 Gin Cocktails at Jyran, Sofitel Mumbai BKC

Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the elegant, luxury hotel in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, has launched a special menu of cocktails made with Colombo 7 gin at Jyran, which serves authentic cuisine inspired by the Northwest Indian Frontier Province.

Jyran is known for its award-winning Indian cuisine, as well as its Gin Bar, the first and only five-star gin bar in the city, featuring an innovative menu of exquisite gin cocktails and much-loved classics. Available till May 31, 2023, the special cocktail menu has been designed to complement the food. Colombo No. 7 gin is distilled in small batches in traditional copper pot stills, to a unique recipe using seven spices and botanicals – ideal to be paired with Jyran’s flavourful and ingredient-led dishes. 

Guests can enjoy specially crafted cocktails like Tuxedo Twist, thyme and coriander seed-infused dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters, absinthe spray and gin; Green Fizz, curry leaves syrup, lime, gin and soda; Cocollins, gin, lime, sugar, cinnamon bitters and soda; and Colombo Sour, gin, lime, pineapple juice, cinnamon syrup and orange bitters. 

The special Colombo 7 Gin Cocktail Menu is being served at Jyran till May 31, 2023.
