This week Radisson Café Blu is bringing Karavali to you! This Royal South Indian cuisine includes delicacies from Kerala, Bunt dishes from Mangalore, Coorgi and Goan Portuguese dishes.
The Karavali Food Festival will have six live counters including starters, Neer Dosai, Babycorn Bisule, Rava fish, Malabari Paratha, etc. Apart from South Indian Cuisine, there will also be some multi-cuisine dishes in the buffet.
