You know you have finally arrived when a restaurant names a dish after you. Vicky Kaushal recently posted a picture on his Instagram about a dish from Hitchki, a popular Bollywood inspired Restobar called as ‘Hows the Josh’. Now not only you get to hear ‘How’s The Josh’ you also get to relish it. "It's a dish now!" The actor had written in his story.
Everybody knows the popular dialogue from Uri: The Surgical Strike, ‘How’s The Josh’. The dialogue from the movie had become an instant hit and along with that the movie also earned him his first National Award. No wonder it got picked up by Hitchki in their new menu. This dish consists of Rogan Josh, Kashmiri Bhuna Mutton, Jeera Naan, Saffron and aromatic spices.
Hitchki is known to have many other quirky bollywood inspired dishes such as ‘Kamal Karte Ho Pandey Ji’ a famous dialogue from Salman Khan’s movie Dabangg or ‘Mission Mongol’, ‘The Kapil Shawarma Roll’, ‘Oonchi hai Building’ ‘Aakhri Pasta’ or the iconic dialogue of Sunny Deol ’Ye Dhaai Kilo Ka Chaat’ which is no less than 2.5kgs.
