The meticulously crafted menu will include both traditional and contemporary dishes like ‘Kochupata diye Chingri Bhape’, ‘Bhetki Macher Paturi’, ‘ Mouri Bata Diye Paneer er Tarkari’, ‘Kosha Mangsho’ etc showcasing the diverse flavors and cooking techniques of Bengal. To top it all off, the ‘Bhapa Shor Doi’, a steamed sweet yogurt dessert, will provide a perfect finish to this exquisite culinary journey.
