Eros Hotel Celebrates Festive Season with Enthralling Cake Mixing Ceremony

New Delhi, 20th November 2023: Launching another round of the on-going festive season, Eros Hotel New Delhi hosted a grand cake mixing ceremony with hotel staff, renowned F&B influencers, and prestigious guests in presence of Mr. Davinder Juj, General Manager and Ms. Rubina Sharma - EAM Rooms and Business Development.

The fun-filled event was held at the lush green garden of the hotel where decoration reflected a festive mood with great cheer. The large tables adorned at the venue were filled with a large assortment for the cake mixing ingredients such as almonds, cashew nuts, dates, apricot, raisins, orange peel, black currants, pistachios including delightful array of spices, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder and cloves.

Executive Chef Diwas Wadhera, Ms. Rubina Sharma and Mr. Shivankar Kodesia Director F&B led the ceremony and performed the first step of the age-old English tradition of cake mixing. Donned in aprons, the guests and other staff members also participated zealously and poured the soaked ingredients in large containers while officially marking the beginning of the harvesting and festive season.
