The event hosted eminent chefs and key opinion leaders from across the city for a tasting of the protein-rich, versatile, sustainable ingredients that can be effortlessly added to your daily cooking to make your meals delectable and nutritious.
The menu curated by Chef Altamsh Patel showcased modern gastronomy at its best and presented signature dishes from across India and its bordering countries such as Haleem on Multigrain Toast with Gondhoraj Lime, Ema Datshi Churpi with Bhutanese Red Rice, Kofta and Pea Aubergine Salan with Thai Biryani, Bhujing Style BBQ flattened rice crusted meatball and potatoes, Ghosht Ka Halwa, to name just a few.
