13th, and 14th of October, headlined by the renowned Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo and Chef Karan Bane.

flavors of Thai cuisine.
Chef Seefah, celebrated for her culinary prowess at the standalone restaurant Seefah in Bombay- the
13th best restaurant in India recognised by Conde Nast, joined forces with Chef Karan Bane to curate
a pop-up menu that pays homage to the vibrant spectrum of Asian culinary traditions. With over 15
years of combined experience, including Chef Seefah's mastery of Japanese cuisine at Seefah
Restaurant, the collaboration promised a fusion of premium ingredients with innovative
presentation.
Diners were treated to a 6-course meal, skillfully crafted by Chef Seefah and Chef Karan. The menu
featured signature Thai dishes such as Northeastern Thai Style Tuna Tataki, Phuket Crab Curry, Rice
Noodle, Taro & Thai Chili Fried Rice, and Pulled Jackfruit Massaman. Dessert connoisseurs were
delighted with offerings like Toasted Shokupan with Ajaad Pickles, Honey Toast, and Black Sesame Ice
Cream.
