Inspired by the versatility and vibrance of orange, Chef Aabhas Mehrotra has curated a limited-time menu, ongoing till April 4, 2021.
Sorrentina invites you to their cosy restaurant to experience the sunniest, sweetest, citrus fruit-infused menu starring small plates like Scarpetta – onion cracker served with orange carrot butter, Granchio Alla Finochio Bruschetta that consists of crab lumps, fresh fennel & mascarpone, and fermented orange. Try Italian Pizzas and Flatbreads like Asparagus and Broccoli Rabe – scarmoza, cheese, garlic, fresh orange segments, broccoli, asparagus, crushed Calabrian chilli, Picante Chorizo – orange juice braised chorizo, fresh stracciatella, fennel, and hot honey.
Pair any of these dishes with refreshing cocktails like Apricot E Kaffir Lime Collins – a blend of gin, homemade spiced apricot compote, kaffir lime leaves, bitters, tonic water or go for the classic Ibisco Sour made from homemade orangecello, hibiscus tea, and egg white.
