Experience a Royal Iftar at Ummrao at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport- A Night of Delightful Cuisine and Tradition

Ummrao at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport invites you to experience a delightful & lavish Iftar at their restaurant. Iftaar, also known as Futoor, is the evening meal that Muslims have after sunset during the holy month of Ramadan. Ummrao, known for its grandeur ambiance and authentic Mughlai & North Indian cuisine, is all set to make this Iftaar a memorable one.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with the traditional Ummrao standard "AADAB'' to make them feel special & welcomed. Once they are all comfortably seated, dates (Khajoor) and nuts (Almonds and Cashew Nuts) will be served on each table to break their fast. To refresh their taste buds, guests will also be served shots of Rose Milk or Rooh Afja Sharbaat.

The Iftar menu includes a variety of Kebabs, Haleem, Biryani, and Dessert. The curated menu for this particular time period is specially designed to cater to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests.

The meal will start with an Amuse Bouche consisting of Dates, Almonds, Cashews, and Rose Milk Shots. The Soup of the day will be served as the first course.

For the main course, vegetarian guests will be served Paneer starter, Veg starter, Bharwan Gucchi, and Veg Haleem. Non-vegetarian guests will be served Chicken starter, Mutton starter, Fish starter, and Mutton Haleem. The individual Thaal will also include Veg preparations, Dal e Ummrao, Assorted bread, and Veg Biryani served with Raita and Salan for vegetarian guests, and Chicken preparation, Dal e Ummrao, Assorted bread, and Mutton Biryani served with raita and Salan for non-vegetarian guests.

Indulge in Halwa Poori and Kesar Falooda for sweet tooth. The Falooda will be served in a juice glass.

To top it off, a beverage trolley will be provided, with refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails to be served on each table as an upselling. Guests will also be served Mukhwas from the trolley after the meal.
