The Crispy Duck Salad, featuring succulent pomelo, crunchy pine nuts and delicate shallots, perfectly paired with the aromatic Chinese Wild Mushroom Soup, enriched with supreme fungus, bamboo pith and nourishing wolfberry. Delight in the delectable Chive Flower and Mushroom Dumplings, crafted with precision it is a fusion of fresh chive flowers and earthy mushrooms, delicately wrapped in tender dumpling skins. Experience the succulent harmony of the Chicken and Prawn Hibiscus Dumplings, where tender chicken and plump prawns are delicately enveloped in vibrant hibiscus-infused wrappers.
