The five- day food festival promises an authentic dining experience, focusing on quality and traditional Indian flavours. Executive Chef Vijay Bhandari and his culinary team have curated special menus for all five days, featuring various highlights from across NH2 route like Fish Kobiraji (Bengal), Mattar ki Kachori (UP), Saag Murgh (Punjab), Turai ki Subzi (Bihar), Chonk ki Tikki (Delhi), etc.

The food festival will be held at Kava, the in-house restaurant, from 27th July to 31st July providing a luxurious and soothing ambiance perfect for exquisite dining experience .
