Experience Mango Mania at Kembara

As summer approaches, so does the Mango season. It is more than a season. It’s about bringing people together to share the joy and sweetness that mangoes bring to our lives. To celebrate this, Kembara, BKC’s newest pan-Asian restaurant is delighted to introduce a Mango special menu. From refreshing starters to indulgent desserts, each dish is a unique blend of traditional Asian recipes with a dash of the mango mania.

The season-special menu features Green Mango Coconut Salad, a vegetarian salad that offers the freshness of raw mango paired with roasted coconut, vibrant mint, and a touch of red chillies. The Avocado Mango Delight Roll is a perfect creamy avocado roll with juicy mango, crisp cucumber, and luscious cream cheese, served with a mango tartar sauce. In addition to it, there is Tempura Shrimp Sunset Roll, an indulgent crispiness of tempura prawns complemented by the sweetness of mango and the freshness of microgreens. Concluding on a sweet note is the delicious, Mango Sticky Rice – the classic Thai dessert of sticky rice infused with mango offering a perfect balance of textures and flavours.
