Experience One- of- a kind Culinary pop-up with ‘Masque’ at JW Marriott Kolkata

Kolkata: JW Marriott Kolkata brings to you ‘Masque’ to showcase their gourmet food specialties which will take patrons to a gastronomic food journey for one to remember on the 17th and 18th February 2023 for Dinner at Vintage Asia.  When Masque opened in 2016, it made waves across India's restaurant scene for its inventive degustation menus. They mainly feature modern Indian set menus with Local flavors. This pop-up brings Chef Varun Totlani, head chef of Masque. Chef Varun's cooking meets at the intersection of technique and intuition. As a chef, he is focused on showcasing the diversity of India's produce and culinary prowess and carrying them forward into the country's ever-evolving contemporary foodscape.

To cap off this once-in-a-lifetime culinary journey, Chef Varun Totlani will curate a 8–10 course pan plated menu in slight regional variations from ingredients that creates something that is very unique to Masque, yet very Indian in its soul. The menu includes an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like ‘Coconut Paan’, ‘Murungakkai Marrow’, ‘Charred Corn’, ‘Cured Barramundi’, ‘Rhubarb’, ‘Ambemohar’, ‘Prawn Roast’,’Khad Sweet Potato’ to name a few.
