Los Cavos, Mumbai's newest dining sensation in Bandra, is set to redefine the city's culinary experience under the banner of VRO Hospitality Pvt Ltd in partnership with the renowned Fashion and Celebrity Photographer, Rahul Jhangiani. The vibrant eatery opens its doors on Saturday, September 30, 2023, marking the fourth addition to the VRO family known for innovation in the F&B industry.

Inspired by the vibrant mosaic of Latin American culture, the space invites guests to immerse themselves in a unique fusion of Latin cuisine, cocktails, and a captivating ambience. At Los Cavos the stories, flavours, and melodies intertwine to create an experience beyond compare.

In this exciting culinary venture, the hospitality group has onboarded renowned Peruvian chef, Rafael Estremadoyro García, to curate a timeless Latin American menu. With more than 14 years of global culinary expertise spanning Peru, Italy, the United States, and Brazil, and a background in fine dining, creativity and innovation, Chef Rafael’s strong dedication to creating memorable dining experiences and sharing the rich tapestry of Latin flavours is at the heart of Los Cavos.

The menu offers a taste of Peru, featuring a unique blend of Japanese, Spanish, and Italian influences that enrich the dining experience with a harmonious blend of culinary delights.

Cold starters feature dishes like Fresh Clams, Bachiche Ceviche or the zesty Los Cavos Ceviche, offering a seafood blend of flavours for non-vegetarians while vegetarians can indulge in the delightful Mushroom Ceviche or Usuzukuri. For a special treat, try the marinated Tuna Tiradito. For a warm start, bite into the Marinated Scallops in Pisco or the Chickpea and Cilantro Humitas, a classic vegetarian delight along with crispy options including the Deep Fried Baby Brussels Sprouts and flavorful Mushroom Croquettes.
