Slink & Bardot, the much-adored French restaurant, unveils their delectable signature New Menu. Chef Alexis Gielbaum has curated this culinary tribute to contemporary cuisine that brings a bit of France with dreams made of Jazz on the salty shores of Mumbai.
On the menu are decadent dishes that pay homage to the fresh produce and ingredients used to create them. The delicious Hass Avocado with Ricotta & Oven – Roasted Cherry Tomato Tartines, Spanish Chorizo with Sundried Tomato Pesto & Kalamata Tartines and Pulled Chicken & Carrot Maki are just a few of the exquisitely crafted Cocktail Nibbles on the new menu. The Up First section features the Autumn Salad, Pearl Barley & Millet Salad, Beetroot Carpaccio, Lobster & Swiss-Chard Roulade and Steak Tartare among others.
The inspired new menu brings a range of vegetarian dishes such as Parisienne Gnocchi & Japanese Consommé, Mushroom Vol-au-Vent, Tomato & Mozzarella Tart, Open Up Lasagna Forestiere and Gluten-Free Pappardelle. The Small Plates also feature non-vegetarian favorites like Beer Batter Waffle & Truffled Poached Egg, Assamese Black Rice Paella, Herb-Crusted Australian Lamb Loin, Steak au Poivre and many more.
Chef Alexis presents ‘Mont Blanc’ a Chestnut Parfait with Rum Jelly, Almond Sable & Chestnut Ice Cream that would transport one to the heart of Paris.
