Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is thrilled to announce the Shahi Bhopali Zaika food festival at Ummrao Restaurant. Patrons are invited to indulge in a specially curated menu that highlights the exquisite culinary delights of Bhopali cuisine, featuring a fusion of mouthwatering kebabs and tantalizing curry delicacies, perfectly paired with an exclusive cocktail menu.

Bhopali cuisine, deeply rooted in the royal kitchens of the Nawabs of Bhopal, is renowned for its rich and aromatic flavours, unique blends of spices, and a combination of Mughlai and local culinary traditions says Chef Sohail Mohammad. This cuisine reflects the heritage and cultural amalgamation of the region, offering dishes that are both rich in history and flavour.

The vegetarian menu includes Chane Ki Dal Ka Shorba, Anjumi Kebab, Bhopali Daleem, Diwani Handi etc. The non-vegetarian menu starts with Mutton Yakhni Shorba, Mutton Khus Khus Ke Kebab; Chicken Badami Tikka, and Desserts include Shira-ye Chaman (Shahi Zarda) and Andai Ka Halwa.

This celebration of Bhopali cuisine promises to take guests on a culinary journey through rich flavours and traditional dishes, enhanced by an exclusive cocktail menu designed to complement the exquisite flavours of the food.
