The menu is curated keeping in mind flavors from around the world that are reinvented to match the restaurant’s freestyle cuisine. While the menu continues to feature many of KODE’s favorites like the Goat Cheese Churros, Kale and Pine Nut Salad, Shitake and Greens Quesadillas, Corn Curd and Asparagus Tempura, Sesame Duck Tacos, Manchego and Truffle Oil Pide, Black Forest and more. There are ample new additions that bring an imaginative twist to the menu.
Chef Momin Faqi, Brand Chef at KODE has carefully designed the new dishes by maintaining the authenticity and adding global sensibilities in order to create a perfect balance between innovation and tradition. Each dish introduced to the menu has a unique twist. Either by using rare ingredients like Jerusalem Artichoke and Polenta or by using a new creative technique in cooking.
With the new add-ons like Smoke cinnamon sweet potato, green peas mash and Roasted Mushrooms, balsamic glaze, sesame seeds you add a perfect zing to your meal.
Move on to cold plates with a Tuna Tahini, cucumber carpaccio. The new salads and soups on the menu are Chicken Soup, quail egg, glass noodle nest; Roasted Beetroot &onion soup, brie fritter; Tabouleh, watermelon with Black olive labneh and Couscous, endive & goji berries, freeze-dried goat cheese.
The Robata lovers may choose from Grilled Sea Bass, Jerusalem artichoke mash with activated celery foam; pan seared scallop, poach radish& cauliflower mash, hot spears and chermoula grilled halloumi, zucchini & mushroom skewers.
The small plates from vegetarian options include Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Goma sauce; Red beans, corn tostadas with sour cream; Gruyere and Fresh Jalapeno & pop, cilantro coulis and Creamy polenta stuffed morels, hot sphere. Meat lovers can rejoice over Asparagus, & Gruyère quiche and Gorgonzola stuffed Chicken wings.
Don’t miss out on the Roast Pulled ribs burger, artisan sesame bun, and the Sichuan Soft shell crab burger, Charred bun from the Flat Bread and Burger section.KODE’s signature Turkish pizza, Pide has new variants like Bellpepper, Squash and Goat Cheese and Caramelized apple and Bacon.
