Mynt, the all-day diner at Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway brings a mélange of colours and tastes of authentic Goan cuisine right in Chennai. Led by Chef Arjun Rama Gawas from Taj Cidade de Goa and Jaffar Ali, Executive Chef at Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway, the team has meticulously curated a menu that presents an array of authentic Goan coastal fare. From aromatic seafood dishes infused with coconut and spices to delicious curries and scrumptious sweets, each dish captures the essence of this coastal paradise. Further elevating the dining experience will be melodious Goan and Portuguese music playing in the background in a décor that recreates the lively atmosphere of Goa. Additionally, the attendants will be attired in beach shirts and Goan hats, adding to the dining ambience!

Guests can indulge in enticing appetizers like the delightful Kismoor (Dried prawns preparation with onion, coconut and coriander); Rawa Fried Prawns (Semolina crusted fried local sea prawns); Tenderloin Chops (Minced tenderloin croquettes spiced with Goan flavours and coated with semolina, deep fried); and the Bangdeche Dangar (Minced mackerel cutlet coated with semolina and deep fried)! Guests must go for Pork Sorpotel with Sannas, (A delicacy of Goan Christians, made from diced pork cooked in thick red gravy;  Galinha Cafreal (Grilled chicken marinated in a fiery combination of pepper and green spice); Mandkyo Chilli Fry (Roundels of squids marinated with spices and stir fried with chilli flakes, capsicum, onion and tomato); and Crab Xec Xec (Whole crabs cooked in thick roasted spices and coconut gravy).

Don’t miss out on the Chef’s specials including the delicious Chicken Xacuti, a Goan specialty that’s a delicious blend of 18 individually roasted spices, and the authentic Goan Prawn Curry made with fresh grated coconut, blended spices and flavoursome kokum – Sungta Hooman. Round off the meal with the traditional Bebinca (Traditional layered baked cake, flavoured with nutmeg).
