With the advent of Chilly winters, the craving for hot, spicy food also increases. This winter, join us on a culinary voyage to China at Koji - Conrad Pune as we explore winter cuisines of China. Commencing from 9th December, the festival will showcase flavoursome Asian delicacies specially curated from a medley of traditional Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines to keep us warm.

Start with some hot and comforting soups such as winter melon and Lotus Root and Wild Mushroom Soups followed by an assorted range of dim sums such as Treasure Vegetable Pot Stickers, Beijing Onion Cake, Lobster and Garlic Chives Dumpling, Char Siu Pork Bao to choose from. Not just that the menu also includes tantalizing appetizers like Kokonor Potatoes, 7 Treasure Mushroom, Honey Glazed Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs, Crispy Lamb with Fermented Beans and Pepper paired with their signature cocktails and mocktails which will quench your thirst through this journey!

The mains will include delicacies like Braised Tofu with duo of Fungus in Homemade Szechuan Sauce, Wok Flashed Winter Haricot with Pungent Sichuan Peppers and Canton Pickled Ginger, Bok choy and Peruvian Asparagus, Braised Chicken with Mushroom paired with Rice or Noodles with Burnt Chili Ginger Scallion Soya whose authentic flavour will transcend you to the culinary streets of China.

To satiate your sugar rush cravings, the menu offers some mouth-watering desserts like Date and Walnut Pancake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Canton Wild berry Pudding.
