THE Park, Bangalore, the first contemporary Indian boutique hotel, is all about style—a specially designed environment that creates a wealth of experience for discerning business and leisure travelers alike. This 109-room urban retreat, located on M G Road, the heart of the city, is home to the most popular nightlife in the city – i-bar, the city's first lounge bar. It also boasts an Al fresco poolside dining space with a wide range of cocktails coupled with innovative and palatable dishes. Monsoon, the 24-hour restaurant, presents delicious global cuisine and also hosts buffet options for breakfast, dinner, and special occasions.

More About Chef Alistair Lethorn:

Before embarking on this culinary journey, Aal worked with an IT firm in Delhi for 14 years. In 2009, he started a restaurant while working with the IT firm, but he had to close and sell the restaurant. However, his love and passion for food never waned. In 2017, while in Mumbai, he began cooking for friends, which led to the explosion of his home pop-ups. Inspired by this, he made a bold move and relocated to Goa in 2018-2019 and ventured to Mumbai for pop-ups at esteemed venues like Soho House, Mag Street Kitchen, The Bagel Shop Bandra, WTF Versova, Club Jolie’s, and private gigs. Additionally, he had the opportunity to showcase his culinary skills in Bengaluru at The Leela during a special pop-up event and in May 2023, started his own restaurant, Aal’s Kitchen, in Goa which is a big success.
