Kickstart the experience by sipping on the popular and hot Kashmiri Kahwa, perfect for Bengaluru's weather and indulge in the flavours of the region. From the rich Roganjosh, the delicate Saffron red broth of Rista (meatballs), to the creamy gravy of Gushtaba, the simple slow cooked Waza murgh, the succulent lamb Tabaq maaz, the typical Kashmiri Razma, the quintessential Butt Haakh, Dum aloo, Gande tsaman, Pulao to the popular and much-loved dessert of the region Kong firin, there is a Wazwan waiting to be experienced at this pop-up this winter
Chef Tariq a Kashmiri from Srinagar has been practicing Waza for more than 20 years and will be presenting these dishes which are his specialty, at this festival
