China House Restaurant, the signature Sichuanese restaurant at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences brings you an all new Express Lunch Menu.

Curated by the restaurant’s MasterChef Zhang, the concept of luncheons has been introduced for those professionals who crave a tasteful, yet quick lunch. The specially curated menu consists of a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option, that includes a Salad, Dimsum, Soup, Option of rice or noodles accompanied by a gravy, all topped with a luscious dessert. Dishes on offer include Edamame Beans Dumplings with Truffle, Water Chestnuts Dumplings, Sichuan Mushroom and Chicken Salad, Steamed Prawn Dumpling, Kung Pao Tofu, Braised Bean Curd with Mushrooms and Chestnuts, Black Pepper Chicken, Seasonal Fish with Traditional Sichuan Chili Bean Sauce, Berry Cheese Cake, Sichuan Cashew Brownie to name a few.

INR 1500 for the vegetarian menu and INR 1800 for the non-vegetarian menu.
