Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata celebrates three resplendent years in the ‘City of Joy’ with a plethora of offerings

Kolkata: Located across the Biswa Bangla gate, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is all set to celebrate its third year of exemplary service in Kolkata on 5th December 2022. For its third year, the talented in-house chefs will curate an extensive lunch and dinner buffet spread for a gastronomical experience for its patrons. The menu will boast of an array of Rajasthani cuisines like Chapli Kebab, Mirchi Wada, Laal Maas, Jaisalmer ki Ker Sangri, Asian Cuisines like Stir Fried Mushroom in Pok Chow, Sweet and Sour Water Chestnut and Broccoli, Fish in Chili Basil Sauce, Chicken in Black Beans Sauce and Italian cuisines such as Chicken Parmesan, Meat Ball, Caprese Fish with Mashed Potato, Vegetable Lasagna and Baked Gnocchi at Kava. Guests can also enjoy the open-air winter vibes over an extended Sunday brunch at Vertex with Italian and Indian live counters including Chicken Satay, Ravioli, Pizza Polo, Honey Glazes Roasted Pork, to name a few. The brunch will be followed by a Grills Evening with live music. Along with this, the hotel will also host a tree-lighting ceremony with their guests on the day of their anniversary.
