Patrons get to indulge in a delightful selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Rajasthani dishes, expertly crafted by Chef Chetan Singh, a culinary virtuoso hailing from the picturesque village of Adawala in the Ajmer district of Rajasthan. He has gained recognition for his unwavering passion and profound expertise in the realm of Rajasthani cuisine. His relentless pursuit of authentic flavors and traditional recipes motivated him to embark on a three-month expedition through the remote villages of Rajasthan, where he had the privilege of visiting the kitchens of local grandmothers. During this immersive journey, he delved into the intricacies of regional farming and culinary techniques, resulting in a deep comprehension of the unique ingredients and methods that constitute Rajasthani gastronomy, some of which are gradually fading from the culinary landscape.
