His relentless pursuit of authentic flavors and traditional recipes motivated him to embark on a three-month expedition through the remote villages of Rajasthan, where he had the privilege of visiting the kitchens of local grandmothers. During this immersive journey, he delved into the intricacies of regional farming and culinary techniques, resulting in a deep comprehension of the unique ingredients and methods that constitute Rajasthani gastronomy, some of which are gradually fading from the culinary landscape.

The culinary journey will commence with classic favorites like Dal Baati Churma, Safed Maas, and Panchkuta, bringing forth the signature tastes of Rajasthan. Guests can enjoy an array of savory dishes featuring vegetarian delights like Sangaria ki Seekh, Jodhpuri Kofta, Rajasthani Kadhi, Nagori Paneer while those with a penchant for non-vegetarian dishes can relish tempting selections such as Angara Murgh, Mutton Chaap, Banjara Ghost, Marwadi Machli, Shekhawati Ki Mass to name a few.
