The festival will showcase popular dishes from Bikaner, making sure there is something for everyone - ranging from mildly spiced to fiery hot. The talented team of chefs will cook up a range of traditional Bikaner dishes which would include both vegetarian and delectable meats in ambrosial local Rajasthani preparation mediums.
