Description: Celebrate Christmas with handmade festive chocolate, taught by the chocolatier herself - Chef Sanjana Patel of La Folie. In her interactive class, Chef Sanjana will start with the basics i.e tempering of milk, dark and white chocolate, which will then be used to create delicious variants of chocolate, including bonbons, truffles and ganaches but with a festive twist.
This class is perfect for home bakers and aspiring chocolatiers who want to further hone their skills, learn to create fusion and experimental flavour combinations.
