Festive special: Christmas Eve Brunch & a limited-edition menu at KMC* 

This festive season, the charming spot hidden in the historic building of Kitab Mahal transforms into a magical winter retreat. Adorned with festive baubles and topped with themed-food & drinks, the atmosphere at KMC* does justice to the enchanting spirit of Christmas.

Christmas Eve Brunch:

KMC* presents a Christmas Special Brunch with a creative twist on classic dishes for family and friends to gather and toast on Christmas Eve. Additionally, they will also be serving a limited-edition Festive Food Menu that embodies the joy of the season, and an array of hot chocolates and Christmas-themed cocktails.

On Christmas Eve, KMC* invites you to a family-style Sunday Brunch, featuring comforting, themed dishes that evoke a sense of warmth and nostalgia. Begin your brunch with the rich flavours of Chicken or Cauliflower Pâté accompanied by crisps, and dive into the comforting warmth of a Wild Mushroom Cappuccino. Savour the perfection of Shrimp/Roasted Pepper Canapé, experience the delightful fusion of Ratatouille x Quiche, followed by the heartiness of a Country-style Vegetable Stew with Herb Pilaf.

For the main course, relish the succulence of Roast Chicken paired with a flavorful Red Wine Jus, Mashed Potato and Sautéed Vegetables. Imagine a pumpkin spiced latte but savoury - that’s KMC*’s Spiced Pumpkin Tortellini with Sage Butter for you. It features pumpkin with hints of nutmeg cinnamon and whipped mascarpone, a smooth, rich filling and a sage-scented butter sauce. 

Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with the irresistible Christmas Pudding, elevated to perfection with Brandy Sabayon Eggnog Ice Cream. These dishes promise a festive dining experience like no other.

Christmas special menu:

To keep the Christmas spirit alive, KMC* will also be offering a limited-edition special menu with delights like Sweet Potato Pavê — an exquisite layering of thinly sliced sweet potato baked to a golden crisp, scented with truffle, surrounded by a tabbouleh wreath. For a taste of all things festive, opt for 'Christmas On A Plate' - tenderloin stuffed with cranberries, orange zest, and a secret blend of herbs and spices. It rests on a bed of mashed potatoes, surrounded by butter-sauteed vegetables accompanied by a flavorful jus. 

Savour the enchantment of winter with the Pumpkin Mille-feuille – a mille-feuille made with crispy phyllo pastry sandwiches with spiced pumpkin cremè, a symphony of comfort and joy on a plate.

Warm your hands and heart with The KMC* Classic Hot Chocolate – a French dark chocolate thickened with milk and creme, flavoured with vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon, and cocoa powder. It's a sip of pure festive bliss, garnished with whipping cream, a cinnamon stick, and a toasted marshmallow. For those bored of being on the “Nice” list, indulge in the Spiked Hot Chocolate – a secret twist to The Classic, spiked with bourbon. 

Let the warmth of white chocolate infused with peppermint, cinnamon & vanilla envelop you in KMC*’s Peppermint Hot Chocolate. Garnished with a charred marshmallow, it's a cosy sip that brings the essence of winter to life.

In the mood for toasting the season? The Christmas Cocktails add an extra touch to your celebration. Inspired by holiday favourites, the Pumpkin Pie drink is a medley of roasted pumpkin and bread, harmonised with a delightful blend of spices. 

Crafted in-house, Ginger Bread is an infusion of gingerbread soaked in alcohol for 15 days, promising a warm and spicy experience. Immerse yourself in the rich flavours of winter with the Plum Cake drink – a dark chocolate-flavoured delight with dry fruits infused in alcohol for 15 days, transformed into a delectable cocktail for a sip of pure indulgence. 

An all-time favourite, Vanilla Sponge is a cocktail featuring a house-made vanilla sponge flavoured with white chocolate and infused with the warmth of dry fruits.
