Festive Special Desserts and Macarons at Yauatcha, Kolkata

The most exciting year-end festivities are round the corner and Yauatcha, Kolkata is all set to introduce the Dessert Happy Hours along with their exquisite collection of Manish Malhotra designed haute dessert boxes for Christmas and New Year. This December; be ready to add innovative sparkle to the festive celebrations and indulge into the unique range of desserts from Yauatcha. The exquisitely planned festive menu will consist of an assorted range of tempting desserts and colourful macarons, making sure that you can make the most of your festive commemorative feast. This festive menu will be available till December 31^st.

The patisserie selection at Yauatcha boasts of an extensive array of petits gateaux, and macarons that draw their inspiration from Chinese ingredients yet are presented in a classic European style. The festive petits gateaux selection from Manish Malhotra designed Dessert Boxes includes the Royal rose grand macaron, a larger than life sized macaron that is delicately flavoured with rose, filled with white chocolate cream and rose in the center, finally finished with a bow shaped white chocolate ruffle and a delicate rose petal for a festive touch. The divine Velvet milk chocolate praline using milk chocolate and hazelnut mixed with salted caramel sauce, is a mousse-based dessert that is finished with a golden leaf on top while the Golden nougat, a chocolate brownie like petit gateau, with an explosion of molten chocolate at the center, has an ivory velvety texture topped with golden dusted cookie crumble, to add the right amount of festive feel. Lastly, the Golden leaf, a gluten free dessert, is a delicious flourless spin on the classic chocolate sponge cake made with French style meringue and cocoa.

In addition to this, the stunning rose shaped Raspberry Delice, the decadent Chocolate Pebble with single origin dark chocolate and Strawberry and Violet Cheesecake are a must tryalong with a several new flavours of macarons like Coconut with golden dust, Pistachio, Violet with blueberry meringue and a signature favourite Hazelnut from the festive dessert assortment.

The happiness and excitement doesn’t end here, as Yauatcha Kolkata for the first time has introduced the dessert happy hours from 4pm – 6pm wherein if a guest gets two desserts, the third one will be complimentary. So don’t forget to drop in this December and celebrate the festivity with friends and family over mouth-watering desserts and macarons.
