Picking up the local flavours from Punjab, India Bistro brings to you a celebration of the infamous cuisine at the ‘Flavours of Punjab’ festival. The month long festival is an amalgamation of Punjabi traditions and cultures with a modern twist to the specially curated menu.

Relish on mouth-watering dishes like rim jhim aloo sheekh, murgh tufani tikka, jatuni naan – makke ki roti, mutton saagwala and finish it off with the infamous gajar aur anjir halwa.
