FOR THE LOVE OF HALEEM DURING RAMADAN MONTH

Ramadan is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting to commemorate the first revelation of the Quran to Prophet Muhammad. It is a festive time where families socialize and spend a good time together. Ramadan ends with Eid-ul-Fitr, a grand festival and a feast of fast breaking.

Chicken Haleem and Mutton Haleem will be available in this entire Ramadan season in all the 9 outlets (Barrackpore, Sreerampore, Behala, Golpark, Chinar Park, New market, Sodepur, HatiBagan, Jessore Road) in which 2 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of mutton will be present in the haleem respectively. For dinning and online delivery, the haleem is priced at Rs.270+GST. Aminia is also delivering food at their door step and for takeaway or home delivery the haleem is priced at Rs.260.

Along with the delicious food being prepared by Aminia, they have also undertaken serious social distancing methods and safety precautions. Here are the safety guidelines that they are following:

· Maintaining kitchen hygiene by cleaning up and sanitizing the area at regular intervals.

· Providing mask, gloves and head caps to the staff and it is a mandate to use them always.

· Adequate space between the tables for the guests so that a proper social distancing can be maintained.

· Social Distancing of 6 feet maintained in the take-away counters.

· Temperature check of their staff thrice a day.

· Proper sanitization of the delivery executives before they pick up the food.

· Temperature check of the delivery executives and attaching these details for the customer to be sure of the safety.

· Food is sealed in tamper-proof packaging to avoid any contamination.
