FoSTac, catering level 2 training programme to level up your skills

FoSTac, catering level 2 training programme is going to be organised by Chefs Guild of India in conjunction with equinox labs. The FoSTaC Training Programme was started in the year 2017 by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) with the aim to establish uniform standards of food safety practices for all types of food businesses.

Veteran Chef Manjit Singh Gill, President,IFCA and Corporate chef ITC Hotels, Dr.Chef P Soundararajan, General Secretary,IFCA, Chef Tapan Mukherjee, Founding Director of Tapan Mukherjee and Co, Chef Tushar Malkani, Managing Director of Malkani hospitality will head and Judge the training programme through zoom platform.

FoSTaC has PAN-India network of 160+ partners and over thousand of master trainers, who conducts training programmes across three levels of courses (basic, advanced and special).
