Shreyas brings extensive leadership experience from key roles across renowned Marriott properties, where his innovative thinking and operational expertise have consistently elevated guest satisfaction and team performance.

In his previous role as Director of Operations at The Westin Chennai Velachery, Shreyas led initiatives that earned significant accolades and strengthened operational excellence. Prior to this, as Director of Food and Beverage at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, he established benchmarks in service quality and efficiency. His career also includes impactful contributions at The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, where his focus on revenue growth and guest engagement earned him widespread recognition.

An alumnus of the Oriental School of Hotel Management, Shreyas combines his professional achievements with a passion for chess, a reflection of his strategic and thoughtful approach to leadership.
