Bustling live kitchens are hot spots for sumptuous dishes such as chaats, shawarma, homemade pasta or delicious Korean rice bowls. A range of sushi and rolls claim space alongside grills from the custom-made, Spanish parillada-style charcoal grill, and adored, thin crust pizza comes straight out of the pizza oven and onto the table.
This is a definitive, upgraded version with an expanded buffet spread. A special Asian counter features the best from Level 21 with signature dishes from Far & East. Seafood lovers have a vast selection to delight in, as fresh catch of the day are the surprise elements, which sometimes include freshly shucked oysters too.
The world cheese selection is inspired by a fromagerie is a gourmet highlight as are the desserts on showcase. Cheeses such as brie, provolone, Roquefort, gorgonzola, grana Padano and camembert can be enjoyed with a range of accompaniments such as apricot, prunes, walnuts, honey or lightly spiced delicious, homemade pickles and compote.
Since cocktails at brunch simply add to the overall vibes and energy, there are bright, brunch cocktails to add to the mix. A live band in the background ensures the overall vibes are in full swing.
An indulgent dessert bar, replete with decadent pastries, cakes, profiteroles, roulade, pavlova, tiramisu, eclairs and much more are the handiwork of Executive Pastry Chef Partha Bose and team.
