Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE appointed Director of Food & Beverage – Mr. Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru. A seasoned Four Seasons executive, Hardik first joined the company at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai in 2010 handling the award-winning Asian Restaurant San: Qi and then Café Prato, post which he took on an expanded role of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in 2016, after a stint in the Middle East.

In his current role, his most exciting project will be to position Far & East and Copitas, the most awaited avant-garde outlets on the hotel’s Level 21 as noteworthy entrants in the country’s most talked-about dining circuits.

Hardik got his degree in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and has a degree in commerce and economics from Mumbai University with a Certification in Financial Management from Cornell University. He has also gained experience in luxury hotel companies like Taj and Ritz-Carlton.

In his current role, Hardik will be seen overseeing operations of the entire Food & Beverage division of Four Seasons in the Garden City of Bengaluru, setting a new pace in the already dynamic dining landscape.
