Sunil Narang, General Manager

“We’re delighted to welcome Chef Mano Thevar and his team to India. His restaurant is the only Indian restaurant with two Michelin stars and is booked out months in advance in Singapore, so it’s really a coup to have him with us cooking at Modernist at Four Seasons Mumbai. We’ve been overwhelmed by the response to the dinners and I’m grateful to Sunil Narang and the Four Seasons team as well as the Diageo team for making this possible!”

Raaj Sanghvi, CEO, Culinary Culture

“Hi Mumbai! I’m very excited to bring my team and cook in India for the first time. Thank you to Culinary Culture and Four Seasons Mumbai for inviting me for this wonderful event. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone soon and discovering the city!” says Chef Mano Thevar, Chef-Owner Thevar Singapore.
