6. Salt to taste

7. 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

8. 4 cups water

Steps:

1. Rinse rice and lentils together, then drain.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice, lentils, mixed vegetables, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, and water.

7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

8. Salt to taste

9. 2 tbsp oil

10. 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves

11. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Steps:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, biryani masala, turmeric, and salt. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Rinse and soak rice for 30 minutes, then drain.
