Chef Thirunavukarasu R, accomplished culinary expert

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Thirnavrasu is well-known for his expertise in preparing delectable seafood dishes that leave a lasting impression on the palate. His expertise in preparing fresh seafood grills has earned him a reputation as a professional seafood master.

The meticulously crafted menu will showcase celebrated dishes of Bayview including Manga Charu, a coastal specialty with red chilies shallots and garlic bay prawns, Peas Brinjal Senai Kizhaungu Kuzhambu, the Nellore style spicy tangy curry, along with classics like Lobster Thermidor, Whole Pomfret, Tiger Prawns, Calamari and Broccoli Malabar Pepper Fry.  This will be complemented by desserts from the South like Coconut and Palm Jaggery Pudding and Thinai Halwa, the foxtail millet pudding.

Diners can enjoy the flavours of the shore from 08th to 17th March 2024 for dinner on Monday to Friday and lunch & dinner on Saturday and Sunday at Culina 44 - The BBQ, Taj City Centre Gurugram.
