Thanksgiving is on Thursday, November 28, 2019 and Qualia is offering a special a la carte menu, for one day only.
Diners can look forward to festive dishes like Sunchoke Brown Butter Veloute, fermented sunchoke, sunchoke chips and crispy sage; Spice Roasted Pumpkin, feta, pickled goji berry, arugula, pepita and burnt honey vinaigrette; and Sweet Potato Sarladaise, with green garlic soubise, and roasted bell pepper olive relish.
Diners can also enjoy Turkey Porchetta, stuffing, onion pecan puree, fermented cranberry and winter vegetables; Kachampuli Glazed Pork Belly, mascarpone polenta, Singleton whiskey jus, and scallion kimchi; and Duck Liver Pate, vanilla onion confit, chili fermented strawberry, and rustic baguette.
Patrons can end their meal with desserts like Pumpkin Cheesecake, with brown butter ice cream, candied pepitas and pickled berries; Fig & Pecan Pie, with fermented figs, Gorgonzola ice cream and truffle honey; and Sticky Toffee Ginger Pudding, with white chocolate rosemary ice cream and Singleton whiskey caramel.
