Get Merry this Festive Season with YOUnion’s Christmas Brunch

YOUnion, the all-day bar and restaurant that pays homage to the millennials – or Generation Y – is welcoming the holidays with a very merry Christmas Brunch.

On Wednesday, December 25, 2019, YOUnion will serve an extensive Christmas Brunch menu, which will include Winter Vegetable & Lentil Soup; a Salad Bar offering Kale & Fresh Berry Salad; and Goat’s Cheese, Pears & Candied Walnuts Salad; a Cheese board, featuring a variety of cheeses and accompaniments like crackers, prunes and roasted nuts; Canapes like American Corn & Chives Mousse; and Tuna & Pickled Onion; and an extensive Mezze Platter.

A series of Small Plates will offer options like Super Crisp Cauliflower Taco with Buffalo Sauce; Chicken Plum Wanton with Crispy Chili; and Beer Batter Fish & Chips.

Flatbreads like Za’atar Manakish & Feta Crumble, and Hamd-Pulled Chicken with Bhut Jolokia and Garlic will provide heartier options for those who need it.

The Main Course section of the menu offers dishes like Pork Vindaloo Anglo-Indian; Chargrilled Fish with Orange Beurre Blanc Sauce; Winter Berry Pulav with Cucumber Kachumber; and Vegan Tofu and Veggies Curry with Garlic Rice.

A range of festive Desserts offers options like Christmas Pudding; Fresh Strawberry Mousse; Yule Log Cake; Oreo Lollipop; Winter Cut Fruits and many more.

The Christmas Brunch at YOUnion will be served on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, only, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. It is priced at Rs. 999 plus taxes for vegetarians and Rs. 1099 plus taxes for non-vegetarians.
