From January 15-31, 2024, Le Bar Diamantaire at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, is offering up a Mexology Fest - Mexican-themed handcrafted cocktails made using classic Mexican tequila Corralejo.
On the menu are tipples like Dahlia, tequila, lillet rose and aperol; Salud, tequila, rooibos and blood orange tea, lavender and rose Prosecco; Morada, tequila, H.M. plum wine, aperol, truffle oil; Picante, tequila, green tomato, chili honey syrup; and Feliz, tequila, truffle honey syrup, ginger and mezcal.
The special Mexican-themed cocktail menu will be served from January 15-31, 2024. What’s more, it will pair perfectly with dishes from the Mexican Food Festival taking place from January 15-21, 2024 at the hotel’s Pondichery Café.
