Grand Mercure Gandhinagar GIFT City launches specialty restaurant Samaroh

Ahmedabad, 7th March 2020: Grand Mercure Gandhinagar GIFT City, the first international hotel brand in Gandhinagar, launched specialty restaurant Samaroh earlier this week.

Guests can treat themselves to a range of tasteful blend of carefully chosen authentic dishes specially crafted by experienced chefs at Samaroh. The poolside restaurant will offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from across states. It will also offer the most varied vegetarian cuisine and style in India – The Gujarati Thali.

Samaroh was inaugurated by, Bijoy Sengupta, General Manager, Grand Mercure Gandhinagar GIFT City, Vineet Verma, Executive Director & CEO, Brigade Group, and Maverik Mukerji, GM Delegate, Bengaluru, Mysuru and GIFT City Hotels, in the presence of about 50 people including senior government officials and board of directors of GIFT City.
