The spread for the evening begins with canapés and aperitifs, followed by an exclusive four-course menu paired along with various Grey Goose cocktails, also including a pour of the luxurious Grey Goode VX.
The menu, especially curated by Mixologist Dimi Lezinska & Chef Alexis Gielbaum is a delight to any food connoisseur right from the first course - Les Amuse Bouche which includes Blue Cheese Croquette with Beetroot Dip & Peppered Salmon with Celeriac Remoulade & Pastis sauce paired with Grey Goose Citron Presse.
The second course, Les Entrees offers an option between, Crab Roulade with Celery, Apple & Fennel and Baked Beetroot in Grapefruit Salt, Garlic Cream and Beaten Goats Cheese, either of which can be paired along with Grey Goose L'Oragange Yuzu Negroni.
Moving further is Les Plats, comprising of Sous-vide Guinea Fowl, Liver Parfait Cigar & Pickled Enoki Mushrooms and Butternut Squash Ravioli, Gorgonzola, Confit Tomatoes & Almond with a pairing of Grey Goose Umai.
The Final course Les Petits Fours has four interesting options Caramel and Praline Choux, Balsamic-glazed Pineapple, Expresso Chocolate Truffle & Madeleine, Financiers andMeringues served along with Grey Goose Expresso Martini.
