The multi-cuisine specialty restaurant ‘Fifty Five East’ is all geared up to celebrate the Malaysian Food Festival.

The much awaited Malaysian Food Festival will be featuring authentic Malaysian delicacies, handcrafted by the Malaysian Chefs ‘Chef Hadi’ and ‘Chef Aswad’

Authentic delectables such as Rendang (chicken or lamb), Laksa, Roti Canai and variety of Malaysian delicacies will be handcrafted by the chefs and presented to our guests for a flavourful experience.

The fifteen day long Malaysian Food festival will be hosted by our guest chefs from Kuala Lumpur Chef ‘Abdul Hadi Abdul Kahar’ & ‘Muhhamad Aswad Bin Nurol Azmi’.

Chef Hadi comes with an experience of 9 valuable years and has derived his motivation for cooking from his mother who has him to handcraft perfect Malay delicacies. ‘Chef Hadi’ is currently working as Chef de Partie in Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.

Chef Muhammad Aswad Bin Nurol Azmi, is commis Kitchen apprentice from Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and he will also be present during this Malaysian Food festival.
