The exclusive brunch menu features a selection of soups, salads, small eats, mains, staples, desserts and bottomless Grey Goose vodka cocktails. 

Sit back and choose from unlimited pours of Grey Goose infused concoctions like the picturesque Watermelon Sunshine; with notes of fresh basil, chunks of juicy watermelon and tonic water. Le Grand Fizz, with elderflower syrup and citrusy lime juice and; Sea Breeze with hints of cranberry and grapefruit. 

Along with innovative beverages, enjoy Hakkasan signatures like the Sweet corn soup; Wild mushroom clear soup or the Hot & sour soup. Refreshing summer salads feature the Hakkasan classic; Crispy duck salad and the Mock duck salad with pomelo, onion and shallots. A delightful selection of small eats includes the Crab dumpling with Singapore sauce; Chicken and prawn shui mai; Crispy prawn with wheat flakes; Edamame truffle dumpling and more.  

Amongst mains and staples, one can enjoy hearty delights like Stir-fry pak choi with burnt garlic; Szechuan mabo tofu; Four style vegetables in Szechuan sauce; and Edamame egg fried rice or the signature Hakka hand pulled noodle.
