During this limited three-day affair, guests will embark on a sensory journey as Hakkasan's culinary artistry transforms Shang Palace into a haven of exquisite dining. Each dish at Hakkasan pays homage to ancient recipes, while every design detail narrates a story that beautifully complements the authentic Cantonese cuisine for which Shang Palace is renowned in the city.

Behind the scenes, Hakkasan seamlessly integrates these elements to deliver an unmatched dining journey, providing a glimpse into a realm where culinary mastery intersects with artistic brilliance. Both kitchen teams will craft modern dishes employing traditional techniques and the highest quality ingredients.

Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a delightful array of signature dishes at the Hakkasan pop-up at Shang Palace. Highlights include the renowned Crispy Duck Salad, Crispy Tiger Prawns, and a selection of Dim Sum featuring Edamame Truffle, Spicy Jackfruit, Crab Dumpling with Singapore Chilli Sauce, and Crispy Duck Roll.

For the mains, guests can savor staples such as Stir-fry Lotus Root and Asparagus in Black Pepper, Schezwan Mapo Tofu, Four Style Vegetables in Schezwan Sauce, Grilled Chilean Seabass in Honey, Sanpei Chicken Claypot, Hakka Braised Pork Belly, Wok-Fried New Zealand Lamb Chops, Hakka Noodles, Five Style Wild Rice in Fragrant Chilli and Celery, Truffle Braised Noodles, and more.
