The menu showcases a selection of soup, dim sum, mains, staples, and the opulent sweet caviar as the dessert alongside a selection of dishes specially curated by the Executive Global Chef Andrew Yeo.

Start your journey with comforting soups like Chive flower and mushroom dumpling saffron soup, and our global chef’s special–King crab dumpling saffron soup.

Choose from delicious dim sums like Black truffle roasted mushroom puff, and Black truffle roasted duck puff. Move to hearty mains boasting Szechuan stir-fry in garlic herb sauce with a choice of chicken or lamb and Wok-fry river prawn. 

Elevating your experience to a whole new level is our global chef’s special Shangai carrot dumpling in dim sum, and Autumn mushroom and golden squash in mains.

Staples are Treasure of the nature claypot and Treasure of the sea claypot.

Ensuring a sweet end to this delightful meal is the Sweet caviar, curated with chocolate caviar, chocolate feuilletine, vanilla cremeux, dark chocolate mousse, cherry marmalade, and cherry sorbet.
